I just came back from a memorable and an amazing trip about 2 days ago. My trip lasted for 11 days, and what we did was to make life easier, to reinvent their homes, to spread smiles. That was what we intended to do. I set my intentions straight, i signed up for the sake of Allah, i signed up for it alone, i didnt had anyone or knew anyone who would be going. But i had my intentions clear, to do this for the sake of Allah, that whatever happens, Allah will ease it, Allah will make it better for me. I knew that for sure. So i started the journey on the first day, clueless and helpless, unsure of what's gonna happen, and what to expect.

But things started going and flowing smoothly. I met amazing cute kids while at the orphanage, and i thought they tought me an important lesson, which i could bring back, that despite their poor conditions, they could still smile, and bring happiness around them. And that moved me, that teared me, that made me happy. They were a bunch of happiness that pushed me to hold on to, that i was looking forward to them every single day. & i was living my dream, that day by day, im taking a step closer to live my dream.

When you set your intentions right, for the sake of Allah, the whole journey, had you reminded all the time. Each time i had a bad intention in my heart, or each time im about to do a sin, i had my intentions reminding me that if im doing this for the sake of Allah, then i shouldnt have this bad and stinky thoughts in my heart or mind. And mashallah, i think that was amazing. Yes i did sinned throughout this journey, and Allah knows best, may Allah forgive me for my unintentional wrongdoings..

&& throughout the whole journey, everything was made easy, my prayers were made easy, my menses didnt come only till the last day, my affairs there were made easy, and best part, when people recognized your efforts, and tell you that you excel in something only you know you did it out of sincerity, and not cos you're good at it. Wallah, every teaching, interaction, ideas that i contributed, i did it out of sincerity. I did it because i got reminded once that, if you do things out of sincerity and love, the other party will feel it, and when i get compliments from it, i felt alhamdullilah, allah had eased my affairs.

I honestly would want to come back, to help out, anywhere, just help out. Bring smiles, share blessings. May Allah give me the opportunity to do it again. Alhamdullilah ya Allah, for this blessed opportunity..
